1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of Sistema de Fichaje, BarberFlow OS, and the BarberFlow suite ("the Products"), offered as a one-time purchase or monthly rental. By buying or renting any of the Products, you accept these terms.
2. What the Products are
The Products are internal management tools for barbershops and salons: employee clock-in/clock-out control (Sistema de Fichaje) and service logging, commissions, and cash closing (BarberFlow OS). Neither one manages end-customer bookings or appointments.
3. How they work technically
The Products run on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, with Telegram as the notification and setup channel. When you purchase a Product, you get an instance configured for your business through a Telegram-bot-guided setup process.
4. Purchase vs. rental
One-time purchase: you pay once and the instance stays configured for your business permanently. It includes only the software as it stands at the time of purchase — it does not include technical support or future updates.Rental (monthly or annual): you pay a recurring fee that includes ongoing maintenance and support; you can cancel anytime and the service ends at the close of the already-paid period.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. We don't store your card details — Mercado Pago handles that directly, under its own terms and security standards.
6. Your data
Your business's operational data (employees, barbers, services, schedules) lives in a Google spreadsheet tied to your account — not on a BarberFlow-owned server. See ourPrivacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
Personal access links may not be shared between different people, and the Products may not be used for purposes other than managing your own business internally.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email or Telegram.
