1. What data we collect
When you visit the site: basic browsing data via Google Analytics. When you buy or rent a Product: name, email, and payment details (processed by Mercado Pago, not stored by us). When you use a Product: the operational data of your business (employees, barbers, services, schedules) that you enter yourself.
2. Where your data lives
Each Product's operational data lives in a Google Sheets spreadsheet tied to your business, not on a BarberFlow-owned server. Notifications and setup run through Telegram. This means your data is yours: it doesn't depend on BarberFlow staying in business to remain accessible.
3. Who we share data with
We use the following providers to run the site and the Products:
- Mercado Pago — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional emails.
- Google (Sheets, Apps Script) — operational infrastructure for the Products.
- Telegram — bot-based notifications and setup.
- Sanity — site content (blog, case studies) and pricing.
- Google Analytics — site traffic analytics.
We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting the site's functionality.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us. Your business's operational data is controlled directly by you, from your own Google spreadsheet.
